Our meatballs are made with predominantly with pork, though Kofta and Merguez are made with lamb, and all but plain Organic meatballs are flavoured with a mixture of fresh herbs and spices. Though the meat is all organic, as are most of the ingredients we have so far had three out of our range of seven meatballs certified organic.
